Home-Refund Policy

Overview

At Wyaah, we believe that trust begins before a single payment is made. Our fee structure is transparent and explained in full during your initial consultation there are no hidden charges or surprise costs at any stage of the service.

We offer every prospective member a free 30-minute consultation call before any payment is requested. This gives you the opportunity to understand exactly what our service involves, ask questions, and decide whether we are the right fit for you with no obligation whatsoever.

We strongly encourage you to make full use of your free consultation before committing to a membership. We want you to feel completely confident before proceeding.

Eligible Refunds

We will issue a full refund of your membership fee in the following circumstances:

  • Within 48 hours of payment if you change your mind and your onboarding call has not yet taken place, you are entitled to a full refund, no questions asked.
  • Duplicate payment if a technical error results in your card being charged more than once for the same membership, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full.
  • Service cannot be started if Wyaah is unable to begin your membership for any reason on our part (for example, capacity constraints or geographic limitations that were not disclosed at the time of payment), you will receive a full refund.

Refund requests must be submitted within the eligible window described above. Please see the Refund Process section for instructions on how to request a refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

Due to the personal and time-intensive nature of our matchmaking service, fees are non-refundable in the following circumstances:

  • After your onboarding call has taken place once we have held your initial onboarding session and begun building your profile, the service has commenced and fees are no longer refundable.
  • After introductions have been made once we have facilitated one or more introductions on your behalf, the core service has been delivered and fees cannot be returned.
  • After the 48-hour cooling-off period refund requests submitted more than 48 hours after the original payment date fall outside the eligible window.
  • Breach of Terms of Service if your membership is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service, no refund will be issued.
We understand that circumstances change. If you are in a genuinely exceptional situation not covered above, please contact us at hello@wyaah.com we handle each case with care and compassion.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Email us at hello@wyaah.com within your eligible refund window (within 48 hours of payment, or as soon as possible in the case of a duplicate charge).
  • Use the subject line "Refund Request" and include the name and email address used when making the payment, along with a brief description of the reason for your request.
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 3 working days to confirm eligibility and next steps.
  • Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 working days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Please note that processing times may vary slightly depending on your financial institution. If you have not received your refund after 7 working days, contact us and we will investigate on your behalf.
