By accessing or using the Wyaah website or matchmaking service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated by updating this page. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

Wyaah provides a private, human-led matrimonial matchmaking service. We manually curate potential matches for our members based on their preferences and background information. Our service is an introduction service only we do not guarantee any specific outcome, including marriage.

To use our service you must:

• Be aged 18 or above
• Be genuinely seeking marriage
• Provide accurate and truthful information in your application
• Not be currently married (unless seeking a second marriage and have disclosed this clearly)

Members must treat all introductions and the information shared during the process with the utmost respect and confidentiality. You must not:

• Share another member's information with any third party without consent
• Use contact details shared during introductions for any purpose other than the intended introduction
• Behave in a harassing, threatening, or disrespectful manner toward any individual introduced through our service
• Provide false information in your application

Breach of these terms may result in immediate termination of your membership without refund.

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it carefully.

All fees are clearly communicated before any payment is requested. Payments are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy. We do not store payment card details all transactions are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

Wyaah is an introduction service. We make no guarantees as to the suitability of any match or any matrimonial outcome. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from interactions between members beyond the initial introduction facilitated by our team.
